Beluga lentils are extremely tasty, characterized as the caviar of
lentils and one of their capacity is that they are more digestive
than common lentils.
Beluga lentils do not want soaking from the evening. Washed them and
put them to boil over low heat in a double amount of water, without
salt, from 20-30 min, depending how we like. Remove them, add oil
and salt and eat. We can also take in small pieces tomatoes, parsley
and olives or the mix up with other salads such as a salad green.
Used as garnish. Their uses are endless and extremely flavorful.
