In the tropical climate of Peru and from the holy -as the Magias
say- cacao, are being harvested the cacao seeds, from Criollo
variety. Then they are being grounded and through the compression
process, create cocoa mass (cocoa paste). During this process, the
cocoa powder is being separated from cocoa butter. Butter solidifies
into small circular pieces of a practical shape, making their
involvement with other materials and their melting easier. GREENBAY’S
Cocoa butter is not processing at high temperature, so it keeps
intact its nutritional properties.
Dose: 5-10gr daily
Usage: Ideal as an ingredient for creating homemade chocolate, but
also as body care product.
